The owner was brilliant and so accommodating. My cat was well taken care of and a very happy little kitty! My cat has a few health issues and the owner couldn't do enough to help her. Thanks so much!

Owners clearly love cats and spend time with them. They are always busy so there are always cats around. We moved house now, but we used them for 3 years with no complaints and we even got photos by email of our cats on holiday! It is always clean, I would only say that perhaps the cattery could use a little updating but really nothing I worry about as our cats seemed relaxed to stay there

Have needed to visit the emergency vet practice on three occasions now. Once for a rat who was chocking, once to hand over a cat sadly found at the side of the road outside our house after being hit and most recently when our hamster was in very poor health after a sudden illness. At all times, we were shown compassion and understanding, never once being made to feel like we were taking up their time. Our hamster was sadly put to sleep by the vet on duty but she was so caring about the matter it helped us in making our decision. Yes, it does usually have a hefty bill but this is a team of people running 24/7 to be there for when your pet needs them. My pets are my world so it's worth every penny to know they are OK and in safe hands.

Lovely friendly staff. The vets we saw were better than the one we saw at our own vets! Unfortunately it resulted in our dog being PTS but it couldn't have been handled any better and I am confident she was in the best hands. Thank you

Highly Recommended! My family have been bringing our pets to this practice for many years, ranging from a tortoise, to cats, and dogs. We have always experienced first class treatment and the well being and health of the animals has always been put first. We have nothing but praise for Monique and her staff. She is an excellent vet who will always be honest and open, would highly recommend this practice. Thank you for all you do.

Excellent. Monique(vet) very kind and caring especially during my latest troubles. Use with complete confidence.

This has got much more humane. The Pet Travel Scheme allows pet animals from certain countries to enter the UK without quarantine, as long as they meet certain conditions. The Scheme also means that people in the UK can, having taken their pets to these countries, bring them back without the need for quarantine
